About Tobacco Road Inflatables
Hi, we’re the Murray family, and we love to throw a good party! As a family of six with four kids, we’ve seen it all – the fun, the chaos, and yes, the stress of party planning. Over the years, we’ve discovered that inflatable bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses are a huge hit with the kids, and the best part? They’re low-maintenance for the adults! Don’t get us wrong, we still love a good piñata, party crafts, or games, but there’s something about the inflatables that allows us to take a breather while the kids are busy playing.
Our Story
As our kids grew, we found that the inflatable bounce houses available through retail stores just weren’t cutting it anymore. We needed something bigger and more exciting. That’s when we made the decision to purchase our very first commercial inflatable slide in November 2023. It was an instant hit, and in just one year, we used it at multiple parties and events, often lending it out to friends and family. That’s when we realized something – there was a real need for more inflatable rentals options in our area, particularly in Durham, Hillsborough, and along the Tobacco Road Corridor. We decided it was time to fill that gap.
In late 2024, we took the plunge and expanded our collection with several additional units, consulting our best (and most honest) party experts – our kids! They helped us choose the “coolest” inflatables to launch Tobacco Road Inflatables. We’re thrilled to offer a variety of high-quality rental options, perfect for parties, events, and gatherings of all sizes.

Beginning in April 2025, we’re thrilled to serve the communities of Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Bahama, and beyond – bringing fun and excitement to your celebrations.
