We keep it simple! You can pay with cash, check, or Venmo. To reserve your booking, we ask for a 20% deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid when we set everything up at your event. Easy peasy!
4. Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
Absolutely! We’ll deliver and set up your inflatable so all you need to do is enjoy the fun. We also handle the breakdown afterward—so no hassle for you!
5. What do I need to provide for the inflatable setup?
We just need a clean, flat space (preferably grass) and access to electricity if you’re renting a blow-up slide or other powered inflatable. Oh, and a little room for the fun to spread out! If you’re unsure about the setup area, just give us a shout—we’re happy to help.
6. Can you set up inflatables on surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or indoor floors?
Yep, we can! While we love a nice grassy patch, we can totally set up on concrete, asphalt, or even indoor floors (like gym floors). We’ll just use sandbags to secure everything and make sure it’s safe and stable for all the jumping, sliding, and bouncing. Just give us a heads-up about the surface, and we’ll come prepared!
7. Do I need to supply water for the waterslide?
Great question! We’ve got you covered with the hose, but you’ll need a water hookup at your location (like an outdoor spigot or faucet) to get the party flowing. As long as you’ve got a water source nearby, we’ll take care of the rest! Just make sure the area is ready for some serious splashing and fun!
